Let's Work Together

Qigong is a practice — which means it deepens over time and with repetition.

However you choose to begin, the most important step is simply starting.

I offer two ways to work together, one on one personalised sessions, or group classes.

With two methods of connection being,

online or in person

designed to suit different needs, schedules and circumstances.

All sessions draw on the same foundation:

conscious breath, gentle movement, and the cultivation of stillness.

Group Class

Individual Consultations

An individual session is the most personalised way to begin. We start with a conversation about your health, your history and what you are hoping to find — and then I design a practice specifically for your body and your needs.

 

Individual sessions are particularly suited to those managing a specific health condition — cancer, lung disease, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, significant stress or fatigue — where a tailored approach makes the greatest difference. In our time together you will learn:

→ How to breathe diaphragmatically and why it changes everything

→ Qigong movements appropriate to your current capacity

→ A simple daily practice you can take home and build upon

→ How breath and stillness work together to regulate your nervous system

Sessions are held online through telehealth or from Blueys Beach Natural Health Centre.

Duration: 30 - 45 minutes

Group Classes

There is something particular about practising Qigong in a group — a shared quality of attention and breath that deepens the experience for everyone in the room.

 

My small group classes are kept intentionally intimate, allowing for individual attention within a supportive group setting. No prior experience is necessary, and all classes are designed to be accessible regardless of fitness level or physical capacity.

 

Classes follow a consistent structure: breathwork and intention, flowing Qigong movement sequences, and a closing period of stillness and integration.

Ongoing classes build progressively — each session deepens what came before, and a daily home practice develops naturally over time.

Class size: this will vary each week as this is an inclusive space

Tiona Pavilion, by the lake, Tuesday 9.30am

Blueys Beach Natural Health Centre, Thursdays 9.30am

Duration:  45 - 60 minutes

Online Practices
- In Person or Group

Qigong translates beautifully to online practice — perhaps more than any other movement or health modality. The slow, deliberate nature of the practice means that working via video is both practical and effective.

Online sessions make it possible to work with me regardless of where you are in Australia or the world — and are particularly valuable for those whose health or mobility makes travel difficult.

 

I offer both individual online consultations and online group classes, following the same approach as in-person sessions.

All you need is a device with a camera, a comfortable space to move in, and a stable internet connection.

Online sessions: 30 - 45 minutes

A Note for those in Recovery or Seeking Medical Treatment

If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment, managing a serious illness, or recovering from a significant health event — please know that these sessions are designed with you in mind. Qigong is gentle by nature.

 

It does not require strength, flexibility or stamina. It asks only that you breathe — and that you are willing to be still for a moment.

I have 30 years of healthcare experience behind every session I offer. You do not need to explain or justify your condition.

 

You are welcome exactly as you are, and we will work entirely within what feels right for your body on the day. If you would like to speak with me before booking to discuss whether this is right for you, please reach out.
